If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund within 60 days of receiving your order. It’s that simple. Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our returns and refunds policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds

• Any product that has not been opened or used
• Any product that has not exceeded its expiration date

Our return policy applies for 60 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange, but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance. Please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA. Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible, usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
